Corp. Refund / Exchange Policy
There are very few
reasons that our clients would seek a refund. The
typical refund request comes because someone has not
realized that they have an allergy to fish. Our
product is all natural but is a product of Noble fish.
If you have a fish allergy, please do not purchase our
product.
If you have received a
shipment from us and the product has arrived with
shipping damage, you should first refuse the delivery.
If the damage was not discovered until after the product
was accepted, contact the shipping company FIRST
to file a claim for damages. Then, contact our
customer service representatives to arrange for
replacement.
If for some reason,
you are simply not satisfied with your purchase within
the first 60 days, simply send an email to our
customer service representatives and they will
contact you to help arrange the return of your product.
At DIA F26 we test every product that is returned for
quality. We want you to be 100% satisfied with
your purchase.
If you have ordered
the wrong product type, please contact our
customer service representatives for information on
how to exchange your purchase for the correct product.
Product exchanges will not be granted for purchase older
than 30 days or that have been used/opened.
All requests for refund must be accompanied by your
original purchase receipt showing method of payment,
total purchase price and method of delivery.
Any
return deliveries with shipping or postage due will be
refused.
Returned product must be in the original
packaging, undamaged (normal usage wear excluded).
Broken bottles of
product will not be accepted for return unless
previously authorized by DIA F26 Marketing Corp.
Product stored incorrectly,
or used other than in the methods promoted directly by
DIA F26 Marketing Corp., will not be accepted for credit or refund.
Claims for refund due to the inability of the product to
meet the needs for uses other than those expressly
promoted and endorsed by DIA F26 Marketing Corp. will
not be accepted.
All purchases made through an independent distributor
must be submitted to the distributor for refund.
Should you be unable
to contact the distributor that you made your purchase
through, please contact our
customer service representatives for information on how to return
your product directly to DIA F26 Marketing Corp.
DIA F26 Marketing Corp. reserves the
right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
